Each order entry in the table shows comprehensive information, such as:

  • Order ID – (e.g., ID #9) uniquely identifies the order.

  • Customer Name – Either a registered user or β€œWalking Customer”.

  • Cost – The internal cost (based on configured ingredient pricing).

  • Price – The price charged to the customer.

  • Discount – Any discount applied to the sale.

  • Tax – Tax/VAT calculated on the sale.

You’ll also see a status badge and the following timestamps:

  • Booked At – When the order was placed.

  • Prepared At – When the kitchen/bar marked the order ready.

  • Completed At – When the order was finalized (served or delivered).

The Sale Orders screen comes packed with intelligent search and filter options:

  • By order ID, customer name, or other keywords.

  • By Order Type – Dining, Pickup, Delivery, Guest Room.

  • By Taker – Staff who took the order.

  • By Chef – Assigned kitchen/bar personnel.

  • Checkout By – Staff member who completed the checkout.

Just like the filters in the Ultimate Repair Shop reports, you can filter sale orders by:

  • Today / Yesterday

  • This Week / Last Week

  • This Month / Last Month

  • Custom Date Range

These filters are ideal for quick audits, performance summaries, or tax reporting.

Select multiple orders and delete them all at once to keep your system clean, especially handy when clearing demo or test entries.

⚠️ Note: Deleting orders is permanent and cannot be undone.
