The Reservation Statuses feature allows you to define and manage the lifecycle stages of any room booking. These statuses help you track the flow of reservations and categorize them based on their current state. They can be used for filtering, automation, reporting, and better operational clarity.

π Default Statuses
Here are the systemβs preloaded reservation statuses:
Status
Description
Not Confirmed
The reservation is pending approval or incomplete.
Confirmed
The reservation is verified and scheduled.
Reserved
The guest room is currently reserved and in use.
Cancelled
The booking has been cancelled. No action needed.
These default statuses are commonly used for day-to-day room management.
β Add a New Reservation Status

You can add custom reservation statuses to fit your specific business needs. For example, you might want to track Checked-In, Checked-Out, or No Show.
π₯ Steps to Add a Reservation Status:
Go to Reservation Statuses
Click the βAdd Reservation Statusβ button
Fill in the following field:
Title: Enter the name of the new status (e.g., Checked-In, Awaiting Payment)
Click Save
Your new status will now appear in the list and will be available in the reservation process and filters.
