Start by selecting a supplier/vendor from your existing contacts. The system will instantly pull up all the products associated with that supplier, making it incredibly easy to reorder relevant items.

✏️ New Order Quantity (editable per item)
Don’t need a particular item in this order? Just remove it with a click. Clean and efficient.
🏷️ Purchase Details
Each purchase allows input for key details:
Reference Number – useful for tracking
Delivery Status – Pending / Delivered
Payment Records – add one or multiple payments per purchase
Once an order is marked as delivered, your inventory is automatically updated — stock levels for each product will be adjusted based on the received quantities.

Invoice Amount – total value of all purchases
Paid Amount – amount already paid to vendors
Due Amount – remaining balance on all purchases
