The Sales Orders module provides a centralized and insightful view of all sales transactions in your POS system. Designed with clarity and flexibility in mind, it allows you to track, filter, analyze, and export your order history in real-time.


πŸ“Š Sales Overview

At the top of the Sales Orders page, you’ll find a Sales Order Chart and Key Metrics Overview.

Key Metrics

  • Total Sales: The gross sales amount within the selected time frame.

  • Items Sold: Total number of items sold.

  • Comparison Stats: See how current performance stacks up against the previous period.

Sales Chart

  • Visual representation of monthly sales vs previous period.

  • Helps identify trends, performance spikes, and sales drops.

  • Fully responsive and adapts to selected date ranges.

You can select a custom report period from the dropdown to dynamically refresh the chart and key figures.


πŸ“‹ Order Listing Table

Below the sales chart is the detailed Orders Table, listing all recorded sales in tabular format. Each entry includes:

Either a registered customer or Walking Customer

Final invoice amount including tax

Discount

Total discount applied

Tax

Calculated based on your configured tax percentage

Before tax and discount

Need a physical copy or system backup? You can export filtered or full order data in multiple formats:

Export Steps:

  1. Select your filters or use the default view

  2. Choose your file format from the dropdown

  3. Click the Download button

🧾 Refunds/Reverse Sales Handling

Entering a negative quantity (e.g., -1) while adding a product in POS:

  • Automatically adds that item back into stock

  • Subtracts the value from total invoice

  • Accurately reflects a product return or refund transaction

This lets you handle reverse sales seamlessly, keeping inventory and sales history balanced.
