The Print Setup section allows you to control the visual formatting of invoices and product labels, ensuring your printed documents are clean, professional, and optimized for your specific printer size and business branding.

🧾 Invoice Printing Setup

Use these settings to configure how invoices appear when printed from the POS:

• Font Family

  Choose the font used across invoice text.

  Currently set to: Monospace (commonly used for clarity on thermal printers).

• Invoice Shop Name/Address Position

  Controls the alignment of the shop name and address on the invoice.

  Options: Left, Center, or Right

  Currently selected: Center

• Invoice Shop Name/Address Size

  Font size used specifically for the store’s name and address area.

  Value: 17 (Recommended for visibility)

• Invoice Header/Footer Font Size

  Applies to invoice titles, footer info (like terms, notes, etc.).

  Value: 14

• Invoice Items Font Size

  Controls the size of the product list on printed invoices.

  Value: 13 — well-balanced for both clarity and space optimization.

• Paper Width & Height

  Sets the page size for printed invoices.

  • Width: 80mm

  • Height: 190mm

    ⚠️ Be sure to match these settings with your printer’s paper roll dimensions (typically 80mm thermal roll).

🏷️ Label Printing Setup

This section configures how product labels (usually for shelf tagging or packaging) are printed:

• Paper Width: 56mm

• Paper Height: 28mm

  Compact and commonly supported by dedicated label printers.

• Font Size: 8

  Ideal for fitting essential info in small spaces without overcrowding.

• Select Columns: 1

  Defines how many labels print per row. Single-column is standard for thermal label printers.

• Barcode Symbology

  Currently selected: EAN13

  This is the most widely used retail barcode standard — great compatibility with scanners.

• Barcode Width: Normal

  Adjusts how thick or narrow the barcode prints.

• Barcode Height: 42

  Controls how tall the barcode will appear — tall enough for accurate scanner reads.

🔘 Display Options

These toggles define which elements appear on the printed label:

• Display Product Name: ✅ Enabled

  Prints the product title clearly below or above the barcode.

• Display Prices: ✅ Enabled

  Useful if you want customers or staff to see the retail price right on the label.

• Display Border: ❌ Disabled

  Disabling borders helps save ink and reduce printing clutter.

• Display Shop Name: ✅ Enabled

  Helpful for branding and clarity when labels are placed on shelves or packages.
