• Also, please note that our support is limited to the live server only, and we do not provide any support for the local server.

• Rest assured, you will receive exactly what you have seen in the demo.

Item support includes:

• Availability of the author to answer questions

• Answering technical questions about item’s features

• Assistance with reported bugs and issues

• Help with included 3rd party assets

As stated in our documentation, we are only able to modify or personalize our products. This is because we have implemented a license verification system to prevent our items from being misused or reversed in case of sale reversal.

Unfortunately, we have encountered several instances of fraudulent sales, and implementing a license verification system was recommended by Codecanyon to protect our products. Therefore, we cannot compromise this system.
