As stated in our documentation, we are only able to modify or personalize our products. This is because we have implemented a license verification system to prevent our items from being misused or reversed in case of sale reversal. Unfortunately, we have encountered several instances of fraudulent sales, and implementing a license verification system was recommended by Codecanyon to protect our products. Therefore, we cannot compromise this system
