## Version 0.0.1 — Initial Baseline

This is the starting release-history entry for the current RepairBox documentation and product baseline.

### Core repair workflow

* Documented the end-to-end repair lifecycle: customer intake, Repair Order, Repair Items, diagnosis, estimate/approval where required, repair, quality control, billing, payment, and completion.
* Established the multiple-device Repair Order model, with individual Repair Items able to track their own device details and repair progress.
* Documented standard catalog-based intake and custom/manual repair details.

### Catalog and workshop operations

* Documented the Device Type, Brand, Device/Model, Services, and Defects catalog workflow.
* Covered technician assignment, repair statuses and priorities, diagnosis, checklists, technician notes, quality control, and handover.
* Documented dynamic staff roles/permissions and multi-outlet access concepts.

### Customer, booking, and tracking

* Documented customer records for individuals and businesses, plus customer portal and repair-tracking workflows.
* Documented the embedded repair-booking and public tracking widget use cases. Exact fields and embed controls remain dependent on the deployed configuration.

### Billing and communications

* Documented estimates, approvals, invoices, invoice numbering, tax/VAT, discounts/coupons, payments, refunds, and financial reporting.
* Documented notification settings, active event/channel templates, email configuration, and SMS/WhatsApp configuration boundaries.
* Documented Stripe/API/webhook integration guidance and the need to verify provider results against RepairBox records.

### Release note scope

This entry records the initial documented baseline; it is not a guarantee that every integration, channel, optional field, or workflow is enabled in every deployment. Future entries should list only changes verified for the specific release, including the version, date, added features, improvements, fixes, and any breaking changes.

## Version 0.0.3 — Bug Fixes

* Fixed cross-domain CSRF errors affecting embedded booking and tracking widgets.
* Fixed language switching issues in RepairBox.
* Fixed automatic API URL versioning for consistent API requests.
* Fixed APP startup errors related to API version configuration.

## Versioning policy

* Use a consistent semantic version such as 0.0.1 as the product's release policy matures.
* Record the actual release date and verified changes.
* Separate new features, improvements, bug fixes, security fixes, and breaking changes when applicable.
* Do not carry over legacy version history unless it is deliberately verified as part of this release line.
