# Important Notes

Please read these notes before installing, configuring, or using RepairBox.

## Installation and deployment

RepairBox is a production-ready single-page web application (SPA) designed for installation on live web servers, including professional shared hosting environments. The actual hosting environment must still meet the PHP, database, extensions, storage, and web-server requirements of the supplied release.

* Follow the installation documentation included with the purchased package.
* Confirm the required runtime and dependency versions for the package you received.
* Configure the live application URL, database, file storage, and permissions for your hosting environment.
* Keep a verified backup of the database and relevant uploaded files before upgrades, migration, or restore operations.
* The original support guidance specifies support for live-server environments; local development-server setup is not included in that support scope.

## License and domain verification

The original Repair Box documentation states that license/domain verification is required and describes a license for one end product on a single domain and subdomain. It also states that a license transfer may be available at no additional cost during the active support period.

**Always verify these details against the current CodeCanyon/Envato license terms and the license information supplied with your purchase.** The applicable marketplace license and purchase terms take precedence over this documentation summary.

## Package contents and functionality

* Features and source files depend on the exact package/release supplied with your purchase.
* Use the live preview to explore the deployed demo, but confirm the included version and package contents before assuming every demo setting or integration is present in your download.
* Third-party provider accounts, hosting fees, messaging charges, and payment-provider fees may be separate from the application purchase.
* External integrations require their supported provider configuration and valid credentials.
* Do not enable a channel for production customer messages until its destination, template, and delivery behavior have been tested.

## Refunds and customization

Refund eligibility is governed by the current CodeCanyon/Envato refund policy and applicable purchase terms.

Customization beyond the options included in the purchased release may require a separate arrangement. For customization inquiries, contact the author using the contact details below.

## Support scope

The original product documentation lists the following support areas:

* Assistance with installation on a live server.
* Answers to technical questions about included features.
* Help investigating reported bugs and unexpected behavior.
* Guidance regarding third-party assets included with the product.
