• Our support services are strictly available for live server environments. We do not offer support for local server setups.

• License and domain verification is required (contact us for more information). Under the Codecanyon purchase license agreement, you may use the product for one end product on a single domain and subdomain.

• The license can be transferred at no additional cost, but only within the active support period.

• The product delivered will match what is shown in the demo.

• Assistance with reported bugs and issues

• Help with included 3rd party assets

As stated in our documentation, we are only able to modify or personalize our products. This is because we have implemented a license verification system to prevent our items from being misused or reversed in case of sale reversal.

Unfortunately, we have encountered several instances of fraudulent sales, and Codecanyon recommended implementing a license verification system to protect our products. Therefore, we cannot compromise this system
